- Identifying all State, Local and Federal training grant programs for which your company is eligible
- Plugging your company into any “Consortium” training grants that reimburse cash for training in your industry
- Partnering with your training provider to obtain the necessary application information
- Developing any pre or post assessments needed to apply for a grant
